Modern art... You like it or you don't like it. You know it or you don't. We will therefore not give a definite judgement about this museum collections. We liked a few artworks. Most of them let us unmoved. We must confess that we are not connoisseurs. Let say then that to appreciate the MAMAC collections, you probably must have been initiated to this form of art, sometimes minimalist. The sight from the roof terrace is nice, but not as spectacular as the sight you have from the "Chateau" Castle hill.
The museum is 100m far from the Garibaldi square (streetcar stop "Garibaldi"), next to the national Nice Theater and the Louis Nucera library.
