This house was built in the middle of the 17th century for the Lascaris-Vintimille family. It's a baroque building like many other buidings (especially religious ones) in the old town.
The look from ouside is not very engaging but the inside is more interesting.
It houses a important collection of old music instruments and enables you to discover the refined environment of the Nice nobility with frescoes, tapestries, furnitures.
Today it is a city museum and you can visit it every day from 10am to 6pm, but on tuesdays and several public holidays : new year's day, eastern, 1st of May, Christmas).
The entrance costs 6€for an adult.
It is located 15, rue droite, (straight street) in the old town.
