This festival is really a good thing and a huge success. Every year the audiences become larger and it is now often difficult to attend some concerts, at least those which don't take place in the largest halls.
In 2017 the festival is due from the 10th to the 12th November.
It is housed in the Acropolis congress center (the Acropolis) and several concerts take place in other locations in the city (churches..)
The 2016 program is not decided yet.
Beside the large concerts with symphonic orchestras and world famous solists there are a lot of other concerts and workshops to enable everyone, including children for whom several activities are made to enjoy and have a good time. 16th century music, opera, symphonies, concerti... All kind of classical (and not so classical) music, for all tastes.
